Ayele Egbuson is Chief Financial Officer of CEMM as well as the Education Practice Leader. She provides teachers with Professional Development Training courses, ongoing feedback, and coaching to improve leadership capabilities. Her work entails collaborating with school leadership to implement the development of a culture of leadership and climate, one that promotes and sustains student and adult learning.
Ayele is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the Whitman School of Management. She has 15 years of experience in areas of responsibility within Accounting and Budgeting and 1 year of experience in coaching and implementation of social Emotional Learning mindset, tools and skillsets in schools.
Boba Kabaramagi is a Client Partner and facilitator with FranklinCovey Uganda. She holds a degree in Economics and Social Administation from Makerere University, and International Business from the University of Salford in Manchester.
Boba has 14 years of work experience in both the international and local markets, and specialises in delivering Leadership, Productivity and Sales Performance, Trust, and the Seven Habits suite.
Francis Egbuson has 16 years of management and senior leadership experience in facilitating large teams in sales performance and personal productivity. His ability to execute, deliver and work diligently has seen him work in some of the most senior positions in various organizations in the United States, Germany, Uganda and Rwanda.
Mr. Egbuson has a Master’s of Science in Information Resources Management (MS IRM) from Syracuse University and a post graduate certificate in International Business from Georgetown University in Washington DC, both in the US.
It is from his experiences and insights that he draws a wealth of knowledge that impacts and inspires many to follow their purpose and passion in life.
Francis is a certified Facilitator and graduate of the Miller Heiman Leaders Training Institute (LTI) in Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling. Additionally, Francis is a certified Facilitator of the Franklin Covey Focus – Achieving Your Highest Priorities as well as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, And Certified coach with the Columbia coaching certification program (CCCP) Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI) Practitioner and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
